This Shipping Policy gives customers a clear summary of how Fgbmx prepares orders, hands parcels to carriers, and shares tracking information. Our goal is to keep the process simple and helpful, from browsing through delivery and any after-sale questions. The store currently serves customers in Singapore, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.

For orders containing cat trees and indoor cat climbing furniture, we use the product record and customer shipping details to prepare the parcel and send tracking after carrier handoff. Product support for cat trees and indoor cat climbing furniture is handled with attention to material condition, missing pieces, packaging, delivery status, and the customer's original order details.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
  • Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
  • Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.

Business Days are Monday-Saturday. Public holidays and carrier non-service days are not counted, and orders needing verification may require customer confirmation before shipment.

SHIPPING COST

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of 0 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display 0.00 USD for standard delivery.

DELIVERY AREA

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

A complete delivery address is required at checkout. Customers should check the street address, unit or apartment number, postal code, and contact details before submitting payment. Customers in Singapore should be able to compare product details, shipping expectations, and return steps without finding conflicting statements.

SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS

We partner with reliable couriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.

Orders may be routed in more than one package when that is better for inventory, carrier rules, or parcel protection. Split shipments arranged by us do not create an extra standard shipping charge.

Cat Tree Packing Notes

Fgbmx cat trees are prepared as assembled-part sets rather than single solid furniture pieces. Before shipment, the order record is checked against visible components such as base panels, sisal-wrapped posts, condo or tunnel pieces, perch cushions, ramps, hammock fabric, toy attachments, hardware, and assembly instructions. Packaging may contain separated parts to reduce movement in transit and protect plush or sisal surfaces.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our Order Tracking page or directly through the courier's official website.

For shipment concerns, customers should send the order number, tracking number if available, and photos when a package or item is damaged. We will review the information and help with the appropriate next step. For condition-based questions, photos of the item and packaging are more useful than general descriptions alone. For pet supply orders, support review can include bowl finish, toy condition, chew marks, included pieces, hygiene, and the delivered package condition.
