This Payment Policy outlines how Fgbmx displays accepted payment methods, protects transaction data, and handles approved refunds. Our goal is to keep the process simple and helpful, from browsing through delivery and any after-sale questions. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments.

Payment information is handled through Shopify Payments, while our store uses only the order status and transaction result needed to process the purchase. Customers in Singapore should be able to compare product details, shipping expectations, and return steps without finding conflicting statements.

If a payment is reviewed for risk, our review is limited to practical order signals such as billing accuracy, shipping address consistency, unusual order patterns, and whether the selected cat tree can be fulfilled to the stated Singapore delivery area. We do not ask customers to send credit card numbers, CVV codes, or card passwords by email, phone, or contact form.

For approved refunds, the payment record, product record, and return inspection record are kept together so the refund can be traced back to the original Fgbmx cat tree order. This helps distinguish a missing hardware concern, shipping damage claim, model selection error, or ordinary customer-remorse return without changing the fixed refund and payment rules shown on this website.

NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE

We do not collect, store, or have access to your actual credit card numbers or security codes. All payment credential verification is handled directly by Shopify Payments and the respective card issuing bank.

Payment approval does not change the product specifications shown on the product page. The charged amount is tied to the displayed checkout total, and any refund approved under our return policy is returned to the original payment method through the Shopify Payments process.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY

All prices on our website are listed and charged in USD. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.
